Overall, good food. Be aware there is an added charge for sharing meals. Was a little disappointed that our waitress( a little older) didn’t let us know that they were out of country potatoes and took it upon herself to replace them with hash browns without asking. The restaurant is a bit crowded, but the food is definitely worth it.

We’ve been coming here for years because the food and service are the best. Josue and his crew always make sure our coffee cups are full and the biscuits and cinnamon rolls are incomparable!

We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and we were thrilled with our order. I had the grilled chicken club and spouse had the mushroom burger. We enjoyed the patio dining and the food was terrific! If you are on Hwy 68 the Toro Cafe is a must stop!

Convenient location right off 68! A heads up it gets busy on weekends, especially when there are events happening at Toro Park. On those days, the parking can be tough. It's a cute, small restaurant. Not always fast or attentive service. Discount for those paying with cash. (As is happening everywhere, they're raising prices of everything, in particular of breakfast/egg dishes.)

Great no-nonsense food served by two delightful waitresses. I’m happy we stopped at this out-of-the-way roadside eatery. Excellent food.

Great tasting, home style, comforting meals served here. Can sit outside on covered patio or indoors. Parking is tricky, and be very careful getting off of, or back onto, highway 68. Worth going. Not fancy, casual dress, very comfortable.
